Hi Karen,
People can become ill by being out of rapport with themselves and hypnosis is a very good way of regaining that rapport.

I did comment via email at the time, as you know, and I'm coming back to this again..... My question is... Is the Finnish System, though perhaps not ideal, our best model? Because I still would really like to set up a pressure group, perhaps via Facebook, that shows this 'best model' with all it's benefits and features (ok I used to be in sales, it helps at times!) v's our ineffective system.... As a type of 'enough's enough' and 'don't we deserve the very best for our kids' kind of message.... My main wish is that people who are 'teachers' in our society, are more switched on to individual needs and every person's 'uniqueness'....... like clay... in itself is just clay..... gently modelled, with love, into it's own unique piece of art.... own unique offer to the world.... Our jobs, I feel, are to help our kids to find themselves and realise what they are good at, what they enjoy.. what they can be fantastic at etc..... Remembering that 'enjoying' learning is essential.... if we enjoy it, we do it more, if we do it more we get better at it, if we get better at it, we enjoy it more.... the natural cycle..... I love 'Sir Ken Robinson' when he says that our education/learning needs to be 'organic/natural' versus the structured (production line) type of approach..... I know from personal experience that our kids definately learn better when 't'hey' bring up the topics and we discuss and learn from their lead.. eg. our youngest Son, Scott (5) asked about all of the birds in the sky the other day and how they flew together.... We talked about how the bird at the front helps the other birds by doing most of the effort of flying, then another bird takes over, they take turns.... This, in my opinion, was not only a lesson of knowledge, but also a lesson in 'teamwork , taking turns and also a 'shift' in belief on the role of 'the person in front' (as lots of kiddies, including mine, currently have a thing about being the one in front)... I love the idea of the shift in thinking on the role of the 'front runner' as the one who is 'helping' the others (instead of winning against the others).... I think this was a help in 'rebalancing' (of course, too much the other way and the competitive spirit is reduced).

Any comments on this would be really lovely to read..... anyone interested in my idea for a pressure group PLEASE tell me too.... we are stronger with more voices... thank you!!!!!! xx :O) xx

Love Jayne xx

Totally... realising that every emotion we have sends an energy out.... children and animals are so much more tuned in to that that most adults I think.... The stronger the emotional feel, the strongewr the energy we share with our environment.... I remember a clip from Virginia Satir where she says..... Where there are two people present together, there will be a change somehow, it's just a matter of 'physics'.... I understand that now xx
