In our quest for flexible communicators we have found a wonderful intervention by Virginia Satir. There was a lot more to this wonderful lady than just meta model and categories. We have updated it to fit the 21st century.

Family Rules; Virginia realised, that the rules we have in our families when we are children, create limiting beliefs and these can lead to huge in congruencies within our behaviours as we get older.

There is a strategy for upgrading these rules:

“Never waist food!”
