Unconscious Coaching
What is Unconscious Coaching?
Unconscious Coaching was developed by Matt Hudson. Matt was born with severe hearing difficulties and has managed to utilise his lack of hearing to hone a unique method of calibrating a clients communication. Add to the mix that Matt is partially dyslexic, has trained, mentored and coached in Hypnosis, NLP and Coaching for over fifteen years, then voila you have Unconscious Coaching.
Every movement is a communication the challenge is being able to listen. – Matt Hudson
All change happens at an unconscious level in order for it to be effective and long lasting. Doesn’t it make sense then, to coach from an unconscious position? We should always seek to align our unconscious and our conscious thoughts to create whole mindedness in all that we do.
Challenge
Our challenge, in unconscious coaching, is to listen to all of the verbal and non-verbal communication that you bring to us as a client. Then identify needs and develop strategies, which create whole mindedness within you.
The personal strategies have a number of general aims:
- To boost a client’s motivation
- To have more satisfying relationships
- To go about life with an enhanced sense of self-worth and confidence
- To create an ideal balance between work and life
- To lead a life that is more fulfilled
In the sphere of business, the above strategies still apply. Unconscious Coaching also explains how you can have a more satisfying working day. The other strategies you can use in business include how to:
- Make business life simpler and less tense
- Create action plans that develop a career and are unconsciously aligned
- Solve business problems by trusting the skills and abilities the mind already possesses
- Look to future business success and not dwell in the past
