Master Your Limiting Beliefs
Do you or a loved one or friend have a behaviour that just pops out every now and again which causes you or them to feel irritated, angry or frustrated? You or they may have been doing it for ages and genuinely wish that you could stop it.
Well you probably have a limiting belief operating at a below conscious level, what I mean is you don’t do it on purpose it just happens!
After almost two decades of working with clients in private practice, I am well acquainted with limiting beliefs and how they can ruin your life, relationships, health, wealth and happiness; they are all driven by your belief system.
For example Mary had had problems with finding the right man and having a good relationship. This had been going on for twenty years and the end result was that she was lonely and scared to look for another partner, as it would end up the same as the rest.
Mary had a limiting belief which when we uncovered it allowed her to send out the right signals to the right man and she is experiencing for the first time, how it feels to be loveable; Mary’s limiting belief was that she was un-loveable hence she would either attract the wrong guy, so it would end or she would attract the right guy and sabotage any chance of the relationship going forward.
If you have a limiting belief about having lots of money then guess what you will never have a lot of money. The same rules apply across the board so what are you going to do? Continue sabotaging yourself or get yourself sorted out, now.
When you are free from the limiting belief that holds you captive, a prisoner in your own mind, then the whole world will transform for you, instantly.
